Kingsman Associates is on the lookout for a STEP qualified Head of Wills and Trusts to join our growing team.

We are a leading and rapidly growing team based in the heart of Newport city centre. We are dedicated to providing exceptional estate planning services to our clients, ensuring their wishes are honoured and their assets protected. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Head of Wills and Trusts.

The Role:

As the Head of Wills and Trusts, you will be a pivotal member of the Kingsman team, responsible for overseeing the Wills and Trusts department. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality services, managing client relationships, and leading a team of dedicated professionals. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned expert to shape the future of our department and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Wills and Trusts department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services.
  • Advise clients on estate planning, including the drafting and administration of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of client-focused strategies to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of practice.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction and growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation with 10 years experience.
  • Extensive experience in drafting and administering wills and trusts.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in estate planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
